1. How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your SellerPic subscription at any time from your account's billing or subscription settings page. Simply choose the plan you wish to upgrade to and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
2. How is the cost for my upgrade calculated?
When you upgrade, we automatically calculate a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan. This credit is then applied to the price of your new plan, so you only pay the difference.
To ensure fairness, we calculate the remaining value of your current plan in two ways and apply the lower of the two amounts as your credit:
Based on Time: The credit is calculated based on the number of days remaining in your current billing cycle.
Based on Credits: The credit is calculated based on the number of unused credits in your current plan.
The smaller of these two values will be your final credit amount used for the upgrade.
3. Can you provide an example of the upgrade calculation?
Certainly. Let's say you are on a $29 monthly plan that includes 500 credits, and your billing cycle is 30 days. You decide to upgrade on the 20th day of your cycle, having used 100 credits.
Here's how we would calculate your credit:
Value based on remaining time:
You have 10 days left in your 30-day cycle.
Calculation: ($29 / 30 days) * 10 remaining days = $9.67
Value based on remaining credits:
You have used 100 out of 500 credits, leaving 400.
Calculation: ($29 / 500 credits) * 400 remaining credits = $23.20
We then compare the two values ($9.67 and $23.20) and use the lower amount.
In this case, your upgrade credit would be $9.67. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your new plan.
4. What happens to my remaining credits after I upgrade?
Once you upgrade, your old credit balance is replaced by the full credit amount included in your new plan. For instance, if you upgrade to a plan with 1,200 credits, your new balance will be 1,200 credits, and any remaining credits from your previous plan will not carry over.
5. When will my new billing cycle start?
Your new billing cycle begins on the day you upgrade.
