If I purchase a SellerPic subscription plan, can I access to all AI features for free?

  • You can access to AI features by consuming credits in your plan.

  • Consumption Rule

Can I purchase AI credits independently?

  • If you are a Starter Plan subscriber, you can either upgrade to Advanced Plan at a discounted price to obtain more credits, or purchase credit package directly.

  • If you are already an Advanced Plan subscriber, directly purchase credit package to top-up more credits.

  • Note that the mentioned Pay-as-you-go Credit Package is not available to Free Plan users.

How does auto-renewal work?

  • Both Starter and Advanced Plan are charged in a monthly basis. The plan will renew every month from the day of your purchase.

What should I do if my payment didn't go through?

  • Check for network issue.

  • If your payment has been made successful but there is no change in the credit balance, please wait for 2 minutes for authorization and refresh again. If the problem still exists, please report to [email protected] using your registered email or send as a direct message through the purple button in the bottom right corner on your screen.

What if my Paypal payment failed?

  • Make sure that Paypal is available in your country.

  • Provide the name of the plan that you are willing to purchase to [email protected] using your registered email or send as a direct message through the purple button in the bottom right corner on your screen.

How do I request a refund if I made an incorrect or duplicate purchase?

  • You can send as a direct message through the purple button in the bottom right corner on your screen, with details of your order ID and Email,as well as your reasons of refund request. Alternatively, you can also contact us at [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.

  • Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to access Settings.

  • Go to the Payments tab.

  • Click on Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.

  • Find and select the subscription you want to cancel.

  • Click Cancel and confirm your choice.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the considerable expenses associated with developing AI models and generating AI-based photos, we are unable to proceed refunds. Additionally, our upstream providers do not proceed refunds for the GPU processing time necessary to deliver these services, which would result in a financial loss for our business.

    By signing up for our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Due to the considerable expenses associated with developing and modifying AI models, generation under each feature will deduct credits from your credit balance.

How can I view my credit balance?

What if I use up credits in my subscription plan?

  • Pay-as-you-go Credit Package is available for subscribers. Click the 'Buy More' button on the subscription page to view plans. There is no limit on the times of purchasing additional credits through Credit Package.

When will my credits expire?

  • When you register on SellerPic, you will get 20 free credits, one-time issuance, no expiration date.

  • When you purchase a subscription plan, you will get 500/2000 credits per month according to different plan.

  • When you purchase additional credits through Credit Package plan, your credits are valid for 12 months.
